Travel Training is available to all Stanislaus County residents.

What will I learn?

You will learn where the bus routes can take you, how to read a schedule, pay fares and transfer between buses, and where to board the bus. Your Travel Trainer will also show you how to use various special features of the bus such as lifts and ramps.

Where can I travel to?

You can travel to all cities within Stanislaus County.

How much will it cost me?

Travel Training is a free service. During training, your bus fare is also free.

How long will the training take?

The training will depend on each persons ability. The time can vary from one day to one week.

Is there an age requirement?

Each of Stanislaus County’s transit providers have a minimum riding age. Call us at (209) 522-2300 for more information.

Can I go through training more than once?

Yes, we are happy to assist anyone with additional training.
